This still life was a painting class project. The medium used was acrylic paint. This piece is a representation of objects arranged for the purpose of this grayscale painting. The most challenging part of this painting was creating the value and folds in the fabric under the objects. I was able to use different shadows and values to create a nice affect on all the objects and the fabric. I really like the shadow that is cast onto the cat statue from the pot. It really allows you to see where the main light source is in this piece.
